Refund policy

Welcome, to our store policies page about all of our store policies. We are a growing business and some of these polices may change as we grow. We will do our best to notify our customers of any major policy changes as we try our best to be as transparent as possible.

Returns/Exchanges:
We accept returns and only offer exchanges or store credit. We unfortunately do not offer refunds, but we will happily assist with finding the right item for you!
  1. Please contact us first to initiate a return & we can talk about any questions or concerns you might have. You can find our Contact Us page in our website menu and we'll get back to you as soon as we can!
    • Items must be in the same condition as they were purchased to be eligible for a return. After the item has been inspected by us upon return, we will go over the next steps of exchange process.
Ordered the wrong size?
We DO accept exchange requests* (return shipping fees may apply*) within 30 days of receiving your item.

We strongly urge our gracious customers to read the description of the product you want to purchase and please reach out if you have any sizing questions before you make a purchase! We're always happy to help!

Holiday Specific Items:
We do not accept returns for Holiday Specific Items* that are after a Holiday has passed.
This includes items related to Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.
  • *If you need to exchange an item for a different size and it is considered a Holiday Specific item, please reach out to us through our "Contact Us" page located in our website menu! Let's talk about it, we want to make sure you're happy as a clam.
Damaged Items:
We’re happy to offer you a refund if there is any damage to an order. This can be things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, receiving the wrong item, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To do so, please reach out with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition and we can start the exchange process. (see above for Exchanges)

Cancelling an Item:
You’re free to cancel an order anytime before items have been created. If a cancelation is requested after an item has been made, money and time have already been invested on our part. At this point, it’s unlikely that a cancelation is possible, but still reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.
